- Confirm the withdrawal.
- Track status in Withdraw Funds / Transaction History if Betway shows a Withdrawal Tracker on your account.
Methods Betway documents
EFT: Bank transfer to the account holder. Older Betway FAQ material has described bank-statement checks and multi-business-day clearing for EFT. Treat timing as what Betway shows for your request, not a guarantee from this site.
FNB eWallet: Choose FNB eWallet, enter the amount, confirm. Betway’s help then points first-time users to ID themes and collecting via FNB’s published eWallet channels (including *120*277# and FNB ATMs as Betway describes).

1ForYou voucher: Betway’s page: choose 1ForYou, confirm your mobile number, enter the amount, withdraw, then allow the processing window Betway states on that page.
Nedbank Send-iMali: Betway’s page: withdraw to the number registered on the Betway account; Nedbank SMS OTP; collect at a Nedbank ATM under Cardless / Send-iMali within the validity window Betway quotes (and dial *120*001# themes if Betway’s page still lists that for a new SMS).
Pending, reverse and delays
Betway’s Withdrawal Tracker material says you can view pending withdrawals under Withdraw Funds and that eligible pending withdrawals may be reversed while still pending. Delays can relate to verification or incomplete details. Contact Betway through the support route published on Betway.co.za, not a social-media DM that asks for your OTP.
Safety checklist
- Never share OTPs, passwords or full card numbers to “speed up” a payout.
- Betway will not ask you to deposit more money to unlock a withdrawal.
- If a method disappears from Withdraw Funds, use another listed method or official support.
